活骨胶囊的薄层鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的采用薄层色谱法对活骨胶囊进行鉴别测定。方法根据活骨胶囊的成分特点,选用适当的展开剂系统,对该制剂中的川芎、补骨脂、黄芪分别进行定性鉴别。结果川芎、补骨脂、黄芪药材的特征斑点清晰,分离度良好,阴性样品无干扰。结论所建立的薄层色谱方法能有效地对活骨胶囊进行定性鉴别。OBJECTIVE living bone capsules by TLC.METHODS According to the characteristics of living bone capsule of the composition,choose the appropriate developing agent systems,the preparation of the Chuanxiong,psoralen,Astragalus were qualitative identification.RESULTS Chuanxiong,psoralen,the characteristics of Radix Astragali spots were clear and good separation,and negative samples without interference.CONCLUSION The established TLC method can effectively live capsule for qualitative identification.
