建青黛高效液相特征指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的研究制定建青黛HPLC特征指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制建青黛质量提供了新的方法。方法应用RP-HPLC法,梯度洗脱分析不同产地建青黛的甲醇氯仿提取物,建立建青黛指纹图谱。结果确定了以靛玉红和靛蓝为主的8个共有指纹峰组成的建青黛指纹图谱。不同来源的建青黛的甲醇氯仿提取物的色谱图主要特征峰相近,峰面积相差较大。结论建立的方法简便、准确,可用于建青黛的鉴别和质量评价,为建立建青黛的质量标准提供了实验依据。OBJECTIVE To study the chromatographic fingerprint of Jian qingdai by HPLC,and creat a new method for evaluating and controlling the quality of Jian qingdai.METHODS Using the RP-HPLC,the chromatographic fingerprint of Jian qingdai was constructed.RESULTS The chromatographic fingerprint of Qingdai were determined with 8 common fingerprint peaks,among which two main fingerprint peaks of Indirubin and indigotin were identified.The main characteristic peak of methanol and chloroform extraction from different producing areas were similar,the peak area were larger difference.CONCLUSIONS The method used to identify and evaluate Jian qingdai was simple and accurate,and provided an important experimental basis for establishing quality standard of Jian qingdai.
