文拉法辛联合乙哌立松治疗慢性紧张性头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察文拉法辛联合乙哌立松治疗慢性紧张性头痛的疗效。方法紧张性头痛患者78例,随机分成治疗组39例和对照组39例,对照组单用乙哌立松治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用文拉法辛,疗程2周,观察头痛程度变化情况。结果治疗后两组疼痛缓解度、发作次数、持续时间比较,差异有统计学意义;治疗组有效率为92.31%,对照组有效率为71.80%,差异有统计学意义。结论文拉法辛联合乙哌立松治疗慢性紧张性头痛临床疗效较好。OBJECTIVE To investigate the therapeutic effect of Venlafaxine combined Eprisome treating tension headache.METHODS 78 patients with tension headache were randomly divided into treatment group（39 cases） treated with Venlafaxine and Eprisome,and control group（39 cases） treated with Eprisome,for four weeks.The degrees of pain relief were analyzed before and after treatment.RESULTS Degree of pain relief after treatment both groups,seizure frequency,duration,the difference was statistically significant,The treatment group response rate was 92.31% in the control group response rate was 71.80%,the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION It is better of Venlafaxine combined with Eprisome for t reating tension headache.
