大剂量皮质激素与长脉冲激光联合应用治疗婴育儿血管瘤的对照研究

摘　　要：目的对照分析大剂量皮质激素与长脉冲激光联合应用与大剂量皮质激素治疗婴育儿血管瘤的疗效差别。方法在98例处于增生期血管瘤患者,分别予大剂量皮质激素与长脉冲激光联合应用、大剂量皮质激素治疗,激光治疗1～3次,皮质激素服用一疗程。采用sas6.12统计软件对所得数据进行χ2检验,以P<0.05为差异有显著性。结果大剂量皮质激素组治愈6例(13.33%)、显效29例(64.44%),有效率为77.77%,大剂量皮质激素与长脉冲激光联合应用治愈22例(41.51%)、显效26例(49.06%),有效率为90.57%,两种治疗方法疗效有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论大剂量皮质激素与长脉冲激光联合应用治疗婴育儿血管瘤是一种更有效的方法。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy on infancy hemangiomas using high dose of corticosteroid and long pulsed laser.METHODS 98 cases of infancy hemangiomas in proliferation phase were treated with high dose of corticosteroid,high dose of corticosteroid and long pulsed laser.Cases treatment with laser had 1～3 sessions,cases treatment with oral corticosteroid had one course for 12 weeks.The results were analyzed with sas6.12 software package for χ2 test.RESULTS Total response in paitents treated with l with high dose of corticosteroid,high dose of corticosteroid and long pulsed laser were 6 cases（13.33%）,22 cases（41.51%）respectively,good response were 29 cases（64.44%）,26cases（49.06%）,there was significant difference among two groups（χ2=10.3900,P0.05）.CONLUSION Long pulsed 1064nm laser and oral corticosteroid is an excellent treatment for infancy hemangiomas.
