摘　　要：数字气田是一个庞大、复杂的系统,贯穿于整个气田的生命周期。涉及的数据种类、数据量、规范标准、关键技术、使用单位、管理层次较多,应对项目进行统一规划,按照一定的工作流程分步实施,确保项目的成功。结合中国石油工程设计有限公司西南分公司承担的龙岗试采地面工程数字气田项目,介绍了数字气田项目建设的总体规划及组织实施,对数字气田项目建设有借鉴作用。Digital gas field construction is a large and complex system engineering and continues throughout the entire gas field life cycle,which involves in many data types,data volume,standards and specifications,key technologies,users and management departments,shall be uniformly planned and implemented step by step according to certain workflow to ensure project success.In combination with Longgang producing test surface engineering digital gas field project assumed by China Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd.Southwest Company,introduced are the overall planning and implementation of digital gas field project construction,which have some reference values for other digital gas field construction projects.
