摘　　要：叙述了以教学实验为主的大型仪器实验室建立大型仪器共享平台的必要性,大型仪器共享平台的构建原则及指导思想,建立大型仪器共享平台规章制度完善的重要性,中级化学实验室如何建立创新的管理运行机制,保证实验室高效运行。This paper depicted the necessity of construction and management of the shared platform of large-scale equip- ment resources used for teaching, including the principle and guidelines of the construction of the platform. It is also very important to perfect the rules and regulations in this platform. In the senior chemistry lab an innovative mechanism was established to make the lab running efficiently.
