摘 要:通过制备丙烯酸酯类整体柱电渗泵,在nL/s~μL/s级流量范围内,考察了操作电压、有机调节剂浓度、盐浓度、pH值等对流量的影响。实验结果表明,在3~17kV范围内,操作电压与流量呈线性关系,线性相关系数达到0.9991;当选择乙腈(0.55~0.8mmol/L浓度范围)与MES缓冲溶液混合作为输运溶液时,电渗泵流量随有机调节剂浓度增加而呈减小趋势,且当盐浓度在0.5~2.0mmol/L范围内逐渐增加时,电渗泵流量逐渐减小;pH值在3~9时,电渗泵流量基本不变。结果表明,丙烯酸酯类整体柱电渗泵较ODS柱电渗泵具有一定优势。By fabricating a monolithic electroosmotic pump packed with methacrylate, the influence factors of applied voltage, pH value, the concentration of organic modifier and salt solution on its flux were investigated in the range of nL/s-μL/s of flow. Linear relationship between applied voltage and flux was obtained(r=0.9991) in this study. When the acetonitrile (0.55-0.8 mmol/L) mixed with 2-(4-morpholino)-ethane sulfonic acid (MES) was chosen as the pumping fluid, there was a trend that the flux of electroosmotic pump was decreased as the increase of concentration of organic modifier and the flux was decreased with the increase of the concentration of salt solution ( 0.5-2 mmol/L). The pH value in rang of 3-9 did not exert significant effect on flux. To a certain extent, it showed that methacrylate ester monolithic column is superior to ODS column.
