鸡血红花搽剂治疗面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在红花搽剂中加入鸡血乙醇提取物后的临床疗效。方法:选择101例面瘫病人随机分为3组。即红花搽剂治疗组Ⅰ组,鸡血乙醇提取物治疗组Ⅱ组,在红花搽剂中按处方设计比例加入鸡血乙醇提取物治疗组Ⅲ组,观察临床疗效。结果:Ⅱ组对面瘫的治疗作用不如Ⅰ组;而Ⅲ组作用效果显著。结论:鸡血乙醇提取物能够提高红花搽剂治疗面瘫的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy after the safflower liniment adding ethanol extract of chicken blood.Methods：101 patients with prosopoplegia were randomly divided into 3 groups.The safflower liniment treatment group Ⅰ,with Ethanol extract of chicken blood treatment group Ⅱ,in the safflower liniment in accordance with the proportion of prescriptions designed to join with chicken blood ethanol extract treatment group Ⅲto observe the clinical efficacy.Results：the therapeutic effect of prosopoplegia groupⅡthan group Ⅰ;and the results of Group Ⅲ role are obvious.Conclusion：The ethanol extract of chicken blood safflower liniment can improve the clinical efficacy of safflower liniment treatment of prosopoplegia.
