摘  要:目的:探讨银杏叶提取物对大鼠哮喘模型中Cyclin D1表达的影响及其机制。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为正常组、哮喘组和干预组,应用卵蛋白激发大鼠建立哮喘气道重塑模型。采用免疫组化技术检测大鼠气道中Cyclin D1的表达。结果:哮喘组中可见气道壁有明显炎症细胞浸润,气道壁的厚度增加,Cyclin D1表达水平显著高于正常组和干预组(P<0.05)。干预组Cyclin D1表达水平较哮喘组明显下降。结论:Cyclin D1参与了哮喘气道重塑的发生,银杏叶提取物可能通过影响Cyclin D1的表达进而影响气道重塑过程。To explore: the effects of ginkgo biloba extract on the expression of Cyclin D1 and its mechanism in the asthmatic rats. Methods : 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups : normal group, asthmatic group and intervention group ; the model of asthmatic rats with airway remodeling was induced with OVA. Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of Cy- clin D1. Results: In the asthmatic group, the infiltration of inflammatory cells, thicknesses of airway walls and expression of Cyclin D1 were significantly increased compared with those of the other two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Cyclin D1 may take part in the de- velopment of the asthmatic airway remodeling. Ginkgo biloba extract can prevent the development of airway remodeling by effecting the expression of Cyclin D1.
