二氧化碳激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣77例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察二氧化碳(CO2)激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的临床疗效和预后情况。方法将155例患者随机分为观察组(77例)和对照组(78例),两组患者均用CO2激光治疗,观察组在此基础上加用5(咪喹莫特乳膏治疗。连续随访3个月,观察两组患者的治愈率、复发率及不良反应情况。结果观察组治愈率85.71%(66/77),复发率14.29%(11/77);对照组治愈率53.85%(42/78),复发率46.15%(36/78)。两组治愈率比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05),但未发生系统性不良反应。结论 CO2激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好、复发率低、无系统性不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy and prognosis of combined treatment of CA by carbon dioxide laser and topical application of imiquimod cream. Methods One hundred and fifty five patients with CA were randomly allocated into observation group （77cases） and control group （78cases）. All these patients were treated by carbon dioxide laser. In the meantime, patients in observation group were additionally given with topical application of imiquimod cream. All patients were followed up for 3 months, and their cure rate, recurrence rate and adverse reactions were observed. Results The cure rate and recurrence rate in patients of observation group were 85.71% （66/77） and 14.29% （ 11/77 ） respectively, while the cure rate and recurrence rate in patients of control group were 53.85 % （42/78） and 46.15 % （ 36/78 ） respectively, the efficacy of patients in these two groups existed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reaction rate of patients in observation group was obviously higher than that in those of control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, but no systemic adverse reaction was found. Conclusion Combined treatment of CA with carbon dioxide laser and imiquimod cream is not only good in efficacy and low in recun-ence rate but it also has no systemic ad- verse reactions. It is valuable to be recommended for clinical application in treatment of CA.
