摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对脊髓损伤患者康复效果的影响。方法 60例脊髓损伤患者随机分为实验组和观察组,每组各30例。实验组进行有目的、有计划、个体化的健康教育指导;对照组给予传统的方法护理。结果实验组并发症发生率、伤残率均低于对照组,康复效果优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论健康教育对促进脊髓损伤患者的康复起着至关重要的作用。Objective To explore the influence of health education on rehabilitation of patients with spinal injury. Methods Sixty patients with spinal injury were randomly allocated into trial group ( n = 30 ) and control group ( n = 30). Healthy education was carried out with purpose, plan and individualization in trial group, and traditional nursing was supplied to control group. Results The rehabilitation effect in trial group was surpassing and the occurrence of complications was lesser than that of control group. Their difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Health education is extremely important in promotion of rehabilitation in patients with spinal injury.
