摘　　要：目的观察王明杰教授祛风活血法治疗颅脑损伤后综合症临床疗效。方法颅脑损伤后综合症患者60例作为纳入病例,采用随机临床试验方法分为两组。实验组40例在常规治疗基础上采用祛风活血法,对照组20例基础治疗后,并给予丹红注射液治疗,观察两组疗效。结果实验组的总有效率(97.5%)显著高于对照组(85.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛风药配伍活血化瘀治疗颅脑损伤后综合症有显著的增效作用。Objective To observe the experience of Professor Wang Ming-jie in Chinese traditional medicine for expelling wind and activating blood flow for treatment of clinical syndrome after head injury.Methods Sixty cases strictly in accordance with post head injury syndrome after traumatic brain injury were randomly allocated into two groups according to their clinical treatment.Forty cases in experimental group were treated with conventional therapy on activating blood by expelling wind method,and the treatment of 20 patients in control group was based on conventional treatment and Danhong injection therapy,and their curative effects were observed.Results The total rate of efficacy in patients of experimental group（97.5%）was significantly higher than that of patients in control group（85.0%）,and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine for expelling wind combined with activating blood flow and resolving stasis has significant synergetic effect in treatment of patients with post head injury syndrome.
