草分枝杆菌F.U.36治疗异位性皮炎的疗效及免疫学效应

摘　　要：目的观察草分枝杆菌F.U.36治疗异位性皮炎的疗效及其对免疫指标的影响。方法异位妊娠皮炎患者80例,随机分为两组。治疗组肌注草分枝杆菌F.U.361.72μg,3d/次,同时口服抗组胺药并外用激素类药膏。对照组口服同样抗组胺药和外用激素类药膏。疗程均为12周。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为85.0%及50.0%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论草分枝杆菌可改善细胞免疫及体液免疫功能,调节Th1/Th2平衡,对异位性皮炎有明显疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy and immunological effect of mycobacterium phlei F.U.36（Utilins）on atopic dermatitis.Methods Patients in trial group were treated by Utilins and Clarityne for 12 weeks,and patients in control group were only treated by Clarityne for 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate of patients in trial group（85.0%）was significantly better than that of the control group（50.0%）（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion Mycobacterium phlei F.U.36 can improve the function of cellular immunity and humoral immunity in patients,it also can adjust the balance of Th1/Th2,and it is effective in treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis.
