摘　　要：制造业升级是顺德经济保持并增强竞争力的必经之路,制造业的升级离不开金融支持。在分析顺德制造业金融支持存在的不足的基础上,提出了激活民间资本、健全社会信用体系、发展风险投资及加大金融业对外开放力度的建议。The manufacturing industry upgrading is the only way for Shunde to maintain and strengthen the competitive power of economy. It cannot leave the financial support. The article analyzes the shortcoming of financial support in manufacturing industry, and gives some suggestions ,which include activating the private capital ,strengthening the social credit system, developing venture investment and making the finance industry more open to the outside world.
