摘　　要：制度是大学生管理中的规范机制,只有以制度为基础才能保障和促进管理的效率和科学性。但传统大学生管理制度的刚性不利于管理中人的发展,必须融入对话,使之柔性化,才能符合当代管理发展的趋势和要求。大学生管理制度形成中的对话是要从源头上确保制度的对话性,而执行中的对话则是要在实践中具体落实制度的对话性。The system is the normative mechanism in the management of university students,and the efficiency and scientific nature can be protected and promoted only by means of the system. However,the rigidity of the traditional systems of university students＇ management goes against the people＇s development in the management,so the traditional system of university students＇ management should be flexible in order to meet the developmental trends and requirements of contemporary managements. The dialogues in the course of the formation of management systems for university students are to ensure its dialogicity from the origin,while the dialogues in the course of the performance of it are to implement its dialogicity in practice.
