摘  要:目的探讨肌电生物反馈过程中脑电功率谱的变化及其机制。方法利用脑电功率谱,分析肌电生物反馈干预32名高血压前期志愿者的过程中大脑功能活动的变化。结果肌电生物反馈可使高血压前期者的收缩压下降10.6mmHg(P<0.01),舒张压下降5.9mmHg(P<0.05)。肌电生物反馈过程中,Fp1、C3、C4导联的δ波功率谱以及C4、P4、O1、O2和T6导联的θ波功率谱明显升高(P<0.05),C4、P4、O2、T6的α1波和O1导联的α2波功率谱显著降低(P<0.05);β波功率谱无明显变化。结论大脑Fp1、C3、C4、P4、O1、O2和T6等区域是生物反馈过程中重要的功能整合部位,意识活动及记忆过程可能参与了生物反馈对内脏功能的调节。[Objective] To investigate the changes of electroencephalogram (EEG) power spectrum during electromyographic biofeedback and its mechanism. [Methods] The functional changes of brain activities in 32 voluntary prehypertensives treated with electromyographic biofeedback were analyzed with EEG power spectrum.[Results] The systolic blood pressure decreased by 10.6 mmHg after biofeedback intervention (P 0.01), while the diastolic blood pressure decreased by 5.9 mmHg (P 0.05). The power spectrum of δ wave at electrodes Fp1, C3, C4 and the power spectrum of θ wave at electrodes C4, P4, O1, O2, T6 increased significantly (P 0.05) during biofeedback. The power spectrum of α1 wave at electrodes C4, P4, O2, T6 and the power spectrum of α2 wave at electrode O1 decreased remarkably (P 0.05). No remarkable changes were found in the power spectrum of β wave.[Conclusions]The brain area at electrodes Fp1, C3, C4, P4, O1, O2 and T6 might be the central integration site during biofeedback training. Cognitive and memory process mediates the biofeedback modulation of visceral function.
