摘 要:目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者不同体重指数(BMI)与白天嗜睡程度及病情严重程度的关系。方法经多导睡眠仪监测确诊为OSAHS的患者114例,比较18.5kg/m2≤BMI<24kg/m(2正常体重)、24kg/m2≤BMI<28kg/m(2超重)和BMI≥28kg/m(2肥胖)3组患者白天嗜睡程度和呼吸紊乱指标。结果不同BMI组的OSAHS患者白天嗜睡程度评分(ESS)、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、夜间平均氧饱和度(MSaO2)及最低氧饱和度(LSaO2)差异有显著性(P<0.05)。BMI与ESS、AHI呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与MSaO2、LSaO2呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论不同BMI对OSAHS患者白天嗜睡程度、AHI和血氧饱和度的影响不同。[Objective]To explore the relationship between body mass index (BMI), daytime sleepiness and respiratory disturbances of patients with obstructive sleep apnea/ hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).[Methods] 114 Chinese patients with OSAHS confirmed by polysomnogram (PSG) were enrolled. the epworth sleepiness scale (ESS) and polysomnography(PSG)parameters were compared among the patients with different BMI, i.e., 18.5 kg/m2≤BMI24 kg/m2, 24 kg/m2≤BMI28 kg/m2 and BMI≥28 kg/m2. [Results]The ESS scores, apnea hypopnea index (AHI), mean oxygen saturation (MSaO2) and lowest Oxygen Saturation(LSaO2) were significantly different among OSAHS patients with different BMI (P 0.05). BMI was significantly related to ESS score, AHI, MSaO2 and LSaO2 (P 0.01). [Conclusion]Different BMI may affect the daytime sleepiness,AHI and arterial oxygen saturation in patients with OSAHS.
