临床治疗老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷64例

摘　　要：老年糖尿病患者，多有生理机能减退，肾功能低下，磺脲类降糖药物易在体内蓄积，且胰岛素拮抗激素分泌反应障碍，容易发生低血糖，长时间低血糖昏迷可造成病人大脑细胞不可逆的损害，发生低血糖脑病，甚至危及生命。所以，正确指导病人用药，定期复查血糖及尿糖，合理应用口服降糖药物，及时调整剂量以防止低血糖昏迷是至关重要的。elderly diabetic patients, more than a physiological function decline, renal dysfunction, sulfonylurea drugs easily ac- cumulate in the body, and insulin antagonistic hormone secretion response to obstacles, easy hypoglycemia, prolonged hypoglycemia can cause coma patients with brain irreversible cell damage, hypoglycemic encephalopathy, and even life-threatening. Therefore, the correct guidance to the patient medication, blood sugar and urine sugar regularly review and reasonable application of oral hypoglycemic drugs, dosage adjustments in time to prevent low blood sugar coma is essential.
