摘　　要：金融危机给中日经济交流提出新的挑战和内容。在"战略互惠"框架下推进两国企业的合作是其中的主要内容;"节能环保"凸显合作新重点,可持续发展是中日两国共同关注的问题;中小企业是中日两国经济发展中最为活跃的部分,成为扩大合作的新动力。Financial Crisis raised new challenges and content for Sino-Japanese economic exchanges. To promote the cooperation of Sino-Japanese enterprises under the framework of ＂strategic and mutually beneficial＂ is one of the main content. ＂Energy conservation and environmental protection＂ highlights the new emphasis of cooperation and sustainable development is of common concern of China and Japan. Medium and small enterprises are the most active part of economic development of China and Japan and become the new drive of extending cooperation.
