摘　　要：目的观察注射用丹红静脉注射给药对家兔和大鼠实验性肺原性心脏病的作用。方法静脉注射1%三氯化铁建立家兔慢性肺原性心脏病模型,电镜观察注射用丹红对其心、肝、脾、肺、肾的影响;注射肾上腺素造成急性肺循环阻力增加,建立大鼠肺水肿模型,测定注射用丹红注射给药前后其肺含水量,病理镜检观察出血性炎症和水肿情况。结果注射用丹红耳缘静脉注射对实验性肺原性心脏病家兔的心、肝、脾、肺、肾均有一定的保护作用,各脏器病变程度较生理盐水组轻,并有一定的量效关系;注射用丹红尾静脉注射对肺水肿大鼠有一定的保护作用,可减轻肺水肿、减少肺出血性炎症。结论注射用丹红对肺原性心脏病有一定的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong Injection on experimental pneumocardial disease in rabbits and rats.Methods Rabbits were intravenously injected with 1% ferric trichloride to induce the model of chronic pneumocardial disease.Then,its effects on the structure of heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney of the experimental rabbits were observed under electromicroscope.Rats were injected adrenalin to induce the pulmonary edema model by increasing force of resistance of pulmonary circulation.Then,the moisture capacity of lung and hemorrhagic inflammation and condition of edema were evaluated.Results Danhong Injection had the protective effect on heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney in the rabbits with the experimental pneumocardial disease.The rabbits received Danhong Injection had lighter severity of organs lesion in a dose-dependent manner,compared with the model rabbits injected with physiologic saline.Danhong Injection had the protective effect on acute pneumocardial disease of rats by reducing hemorrhagic inflammation and condition of edema.Conclusion Danhong Injection has certain therapeutical effect on pneumocardial disease.
