摘 要:目的采用正交试验法优选当归挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以β-环糊精与挥发油的用量配比(V/W)、包合温度、搅拌时间为考察因素,以挥发油利用率、包合物含油率和包合物收率进行综合评分,采用饱和水溶液法优选制备当归油β-环糊精包合物的工艺。结果优选的包合工艺为挥发油与β-环糊精的用量配比1:6,包合温度50℃,搅拌4h。结论通过β-环糊精包合后可使挥发油粉末化,可提高其稳定性,优选的包合工艺简单、稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the preparation technology of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion compound of volatile oil in Radix angelica sinensis by the orthogonal design.Methods Using three indexes including the using amount and ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin(V/W),inclusion temperature and stirring time as the investigation factors,to comprehensively evaluate the volatile oil utilization efficiency,inclusion oil content and inclusion yield.The saturated water solution method was used to optimize the technology for preparing β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as:volatile oil:β-CD was 1:6,the temperature was at 50 ℃ and the stirring time was 4 h.Conclusion Volatile oil is powdered and its stability will be increased after being included by β-cyclodextrin.The whole inclusion technology is simple,stable and feasible.
