摘　　要：设备设计制造存在问题有可能引起设备故障。介绍了一起110 kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)配置的电压互感器事故发生的经过,以及对事故原因的分析。经深入观察和试验,确定因设备设计存在缺陷导致事故发生,得到的结论可供参考并应引起关注。Equipment fault may occur due to design or manufacture defect.A fault event caused by the voltage transformer equipped into the 110 kV gas insulated metal-clad switchgear（GIS） is described and the cause of the fault is analyzed.With a further observation and test,it is concluded that the design defect led to the fault event,the conclusion provides the reference and should be attracted attention.
