87 Cases of Cervical Vertigo Treated by Modified Manual Manipulations

摘　　要：用改良手法治疗颈源性眩晕８７例为治疗组，并与７４例单用西比林治疗的对照组进行比较，结果有效率分别为９７７％、７９７３％。改良手法与传统手法比较有四大优点：①取点更准确；②手法简便安全；③因强度小，故反应也小；④注重整体调理、筋骨并重。The comparison was undertaken between the treatment group of 87 cases of cervical vertigo treated by the modified manipulations and the control group of 74 cases treated only by Capsulae Flunarizini Hydrochloridi.The results showed that the total effective rate was respectively 97.7% and 79.73%.There were four advantages in comparison between the traditional manipulations and modified manipulations:1.More accurate to locate the position,2.More convenient and safe,3.Less reaction due to small intensity,4.Focused in holistic regulation and treatment of the bones and tendons simultaneously.
