摘　　要：本文简要介绍了高校图书馆外文文献资源开发利用的现状,分析了外文文献资源利用率低的原因,并结合工作实际,提出了提高高校图书馆外文文献资源利用率的措施。从而使现有的馆藏资源得到充分利用,并使之在教学科研中发挥重要的作用。This paper briefly introduces the present situation of the utilization of university libraries’foreign literature resources,and analyzes the reasons of the lower utilization rate of foreign literature resources,and connecting with the working practice,advances some measures for increasing the utilization rate of foreign literature resources in university libraries.So that the existing collection resources are fully utilized,and to make it play an important role in teaching and research.
