摘  要:目的探讨可膨胀髓内钉系统治疗四肢长骨骨折的临床效果。方法应用可膨胀髓内钉系统治疗四肢长骨骨折患者48例,评定手术时间、术中出血量、术中X线透视次数、骨折愈合时间及并发症。结果手术时间15~100(60.2±15.4)min,术中出血量50~500(150.4±99.0)ml,术中X线透视次数1~10(4.2±2.2)次。患者均获随访,时间10~18(12.4±2.4)个月,骨折愈合时间10~20(13.1±2.4)周。无术后感染、骨折不愈合等并发症发生。结论可膨胀髓内钉系统操作简便,利于骨折愈合,并发症少,是治疗四肢长骨骨折理想的选择,但需严格把握适应证。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of expandable intramedullary nailing systems in treating long bone fractures.Methods Forty-eight cases with long bone fractures were treated by expandable intramedullary nailing systems.Time of operation,blood loss,frequency of X-ray exposure,healing time of bone fracture and complications were evaluated.Results The operations were performed with 15 to 100 min(average 60.2 ± 15.4 min)operation time,50 to 500 ml(average 150.4 ± 99.0 ml)of blood loss and 1 to10 times(average 4.2 ± 2.2 times)of X-ray exposure.All cases were followed up from 10 to 18 months(average 12.4 ± 2.4 months)and healing time of bone fracture ranged from 10 to 20 weeks(average 13.1 ± 2.4 weeks).There was no other complication in all cases,such as postoperative infection or nonunion.Conclusions The expandable intramedullary nailing systems has advantages of simpler manipulation,quicker healing time of bone fractures and less complications.It is an ideal choice in treating long bone fractures if the indication is strictly controlled.
