摘 要:目的探讨砷对机体NO的影响及NO在砷中毒发病中的作用。方法采用动物实验和人群调查方法。结果慢性染砷实验中,小鼠血清、肾脏NO2-/NO3-含量中、高剂量组显著降低,肝脏、心脏NO2-/NO3-含量各剂量组显著降低,且呈剂量—效应关系。全血GSH含量低剂量组显著升高,中、高剂量组显著降低,肝脏、心脏GSH含量各剂量组均显著下降,肾脏GSH含量中、高剂量组显著降低。红细胞、心脏SOD活性中、高剂量组显著下降,肝脏SOD活性低剂量组显著升高,中、高剂量组显著下降,肾脏各剂量组未见显著差异。人群调查,砷病区病人血中NO2-/NO3-、GSH含量显著低于非病区健康人,且二者呈正相关,红细胞SOD活性未见显著差异。结论砷可导致NO含量的下降。砷可导致GSH含量和SOD活性的变化。Objective To study the effects of Arsenite on Nitric Oxide (NO) level and the role of NO in Arsenic poisoning.Methods Animal experiments and population investigation methods were used.Results In chronic experiment,serum NO 2 -/NO 3 - in mice was significantly decreased in middle and high dose groups.Level of NO 2 -/NO 3 - in liver and heart were markedly lower in the different dose groups and were in a dose effect manner.NO 2 -/NO 3 - in renal was markedly decreased in middle and high dose groups.GSH level in blood was markedly higher in low dose groups but was markedly lower in middle and high dose groups.GSH in liver and heart were markedly lower in the different dose groups and GSH in heart was in a dose effect manner.GSH in renal was significantly decreased in middle and high dose groups.The activity of SOD in red blood cell,heart and liver were markedly lower in middle and high dose groups,but SOD activity in liver was higher in low dose group.SOD activity in renal was not significantly different in the different dose groups.Epidemiological investigation rresults showed that:Serum NO 2 -/NO 3 - and blood GSH of patients in arsenic disease area were markedly lower than those of health popuation in non arsenic disease area.NO 2 -/NO 3 - was positively correlated with GSH.Red blood cell SOD activity was not different.Conclusion Level of NO could be affected by Arsenity.The changes of NO may be correlated with the influence of Arsenite on GSH and SOD,NO may be involved in the mechanism of Arsenic posioning.
