摘  要:以HPLC对家兔单剂量口服100mg新抗炎镇痛剂SFZ47[3H1,2二氢2(4甲基苯胺基)甲基1吡咯里嗪酮]后尿中的两主要代谢物进行了分离、制备,再用电喷雾离子阱质谱法对代谢物分别进行结构鉴定.结果表明,采用负离子ESIMS3检测方式,对代谢物SFZ47羧基衍生物[4(3H1。Two major metabolites of a 100 mg oral dose of SFZ 47[3 H 1,2 dihydro 2 (4 methylphenylamino)methyl 1 pyrrolizinone],a new anti inflammatory and analgesic agent,in rabbit urine were separated and prepared with the high performance liquid chromatography,and then the structures of the metabolites were identified by the use of the electrospray ion trap mass spectrometry.It was demonstrated that the structures of the two major metabolites of SFZ 47 in rabbits,the carboxylic derivative of SFZ 47[4 (3 H 1,2 dihydro 1 pyrrolizinone 2 methylamino)benzoic acid]and its acyl β D glucuronide were well characterized with the (-)ESI MS 3 ion trap mass spectrometry.
