摘　　要：目的报告6例丙烯酰胺中毒患者的诊治情况,为制定防治中毒措施提供依据。方法对患者的临床表现、治疗、转归资料进行总结分析。结果经营养神经、对症、针灸等综合治疗2～5个月,患者临床症状相继好转,但神经肌源损害恢复缓慢,其中4人出院时神经肌电图尚未完全恢复正常。结论应加强接触丙烯酰胺作业劳动者的职业病危害防护,尤其应避免皮肤直接接触。[Objective]To report the diagnosis and treatment of 6 patients with acrylamide poisoning,provide the basis for making the prevention measures of poisoning.[Methods]The clinical manifestations of patients,data of treatment and prognosis were summarized and analyzed.[Results]With the 2-5 months of comprehensive treatment which included support nerves,symptomatic treatment and acupuncture,the clinical symptoms of patients improved in succession.But the neuromuscular damage recovered slowly,and EMG of 4 patients has not been fully returned to normal at discharge.[Conclusion]The protection against occupational hazards should be strengthened among workers exposed to acrylamide,and direct contact with the skin should be avoided especially.
