Q开关1064nmNd:YAG激光治疗面部太田痣52例临床体会

摘　　要：目的观察Q开关1064nmNd:YAG激光对面部太田痣的治疗效果。方法用波长1064nm激光治疗面部太田痣52例,每次间隔时间3～6个月。结果随着治疗次数增多,色斑逐渐变浅有效率逐渐增加,52例面部太田痣中,经4～12次治疗,治愈38例,显效10例,有效4例,总有效率92.3%,不良反应轻微。结论 Q开关1064nmNd:YAG激光治疗面部太田痣简便安全、效果明显,是理想的治疗方法 。[Objective]To observe the efficacy of Q-switch 1064nmNd：YAG laser in treatment of nevus of Ota on the face.[Methods]52 cases of nevus of Ota on the face were treated by 1064nm laser,the interval of treatments was 3-6 months.[Results]With increase of the treatment times,the effective rate of pigmentation lightening increased.After 4-12 times of treatment,among 52 cases of nevus of Ota on the face,38 cases were cured,10 cases showed marked effect,4 cases showed effect,the total effective rate was 92.3%,and the adverse reactions were slight.[Conclusion]The Q-switch 1064nmNd：YAG laser in treatment of nevus of Ota on the face has the advantages of safety and obvious effect,is an ideal treatment method.
