摘　　要：目的掌握广州市胶粘剂使用行业职业病危害的基本情况,为今后职业卫生监督管理工作提供科学依据。方法调查广州市11个区、县58家胶粘剂使用行业工厂企业的职业病防治管理工作,检测其工作环境中苯系物、正己烷、1,2-二氯乙烷等职业病危害因素,对资料进行分析。结果胶粘剂使用行业工人佩戴口罩的工厂数为18家,占31.0%;口罩佩戴符合或基本符合要求的工厂数为10家,占17.2%。对工作场所中1,2-二氯乙烷的CTWA、CSTEL的总体超标率分别为24.79%和20.25%,苯的CTWSA、CSTEL的总体超标率分别为13.64%和12.81%,甲苯的CTWA、CSTEL总体超标率分别为7.85%和5.37%,二甲苯的CTWA、CSTEL总体超标率均为0.41%。结论广州市胶粘剂使用行业的职业病危害较严重,应加强胶粘剂使用行业工作环境职业病危害因素的日常监测和管理,建立职业健康监护档案,建立健全职业卫生管理制度,进一步落实《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》[Objective]To understand the occupational hazards of adhesives using industry in Guangzhou City,and provide scientific evidence for supervision and management of occupational health in future.[Methods]A total of 58 enterprise from 11 districts of Guangzhou City with adhesives using were investigated for occupational disease prevention and management. The occupational hazards of benzene,hexane,1,2-dichloroethane in the working environments were detected,and the data were analyzed.[Results]The survey showed that 18 enterprises （31.0%） provided mask for protection of workers; the mask wearing of 10 enterprises （17.2%） met or basically met the requirements. The total standard-exceeding rate of C-TWA and C-STEL of 1,2-dichloroethane was 24.79% and 20.25% respectively; that of benzene,methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene was 13.64%,12.81%; 7.85%,5.37%; 0.41%,0.41% respectively.[Conclusion]The occupational hazards are serious in the adhesives using industry of Guangzhou City. It is necessary to strengthen the routine inspection and management of occupational hazards in working environments of adhesives using industry,to establish occupational health surveillance files,to set up occupational health management system,and to further implement ＂the law on prevention and cure of occupational disease of the People＇s Republic of China＂.
