连云港市市直医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解连云港市市直医疗机构消毒质量状况,提高医院感染控制和消毒质量。方法依据相关法律法规的要求进行采样、检测、评价。结果连云港市市直医疗机构的消毒质量呈逐年提高趋势,室内空气、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、内窥镜、医院污水的合格率依次为71.7%、71.9%、83.8%、60.3%、62.5%。口腔科手机喷水及冲洗水污染严重,手机喷水合格率为零,冲洗水合格率为46.0%。结论该市市直医疗机构消毒质量存在的薄弱环节消毒处理方法有待改进,针对以上问题应加强监督管理。[Objective]To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions directly under Lianyungang municipal government,improve the infection control and disinfection in hospital.[Methods]Sampling,detection and evaluation were performed according to relevant laws and regulations.[Results]The disinfection quality of medical institutions directly under Lianyungang municipal government showed an improvement trend year by year. The qualified rate of indoor air,hands of medical staff,disinfection solution in use,endoscope and hospital sewage was 71.7%,71.9%,83.8%,60.3% and 62.5%,respectively. The contamination of handpieces spray water and washing water in department of stomatology was serious,the qualified rate of handpieces spray water and washing water was 0 and 46%,respectively.[Conclusion]The disinfection quality of medical institutions directly under Lianyungang municipal government need to be improved,the supervision and management should be strengthened.
