超声诊断腹部闭合性损伤96例结果分析

摘　　要：目的:总结腹部闭合性损伤的声像图特征,为临床提供有价值的诊治依据。方法:总结超声诊断并经手术证实的96例腹部闭合性损伤病例,对其声像图进行综合分析。结果:超声对内脏破裂出血所致腹、盆腔积液的检出率为100%(96/96),实质性脏器破裂82例,定位诊断完全符合率85.3%(70/82)。空腔脏器破裂14例,定位诊断符合率28.6%(4/14)。结论:超声显像对腹部闭合性损伤的实质性脏器损伤定位诊断准确率较高,能为临床提供极有价值的影像学信息,且方便廉价,是腹部损伤后首选的影像学检查方法,但对空腔脏器损伤的定位诊断符合率较低。Objective：To summary the acoustic imaging of closed abdominal trauma for providing the valuable diagnostic.Meth-ods：96 cases of closed trauma of the abdomen were summarized,all of them were confirmed by ultrasound and operations.Results：By an-alyzing the acoustic imagings,the supersonic detection rate to the abdomen and the pelvic cavity＇s fluid caused by rupture hemorrhage of the internal organs was 100%.The solid internal organs ruptures were 82 cases,the localization diagnosis coincidence rate was 85.3%.The cavity internal organs 14 cases,the localization diagnosis coincidence rate was 28.6%.Conclusion：The ultrasound diagnosis rate is very high in the localization diagnosis of abdominal parenchyma organs of abdomen.Besides,it can provide the extremely valuable information for clinical decision,and it is convenient and cheap.Ultrasound should be the first imaging choice for the patients with abdominal trauma.But the localization diagnosis coincidence is low for the cavity internal organs of the abdomen.Some proldems should be paid to attention in the inspection.
