摘　　要：目的:探讨风险管理在提高母婴同室护理安全中的作用及效果。方法:以风险管理知识为指导,通过识别母婴同室护理工作存在或潜在的护理风险,制订风险管理预防策略,指导临床规避和化解母婴同室护理风险,确保护理安全。结果:风险管理预防策略的实施,提高了母婴同室的护理质量,减少了护理缺陷的发生,提高了病人的满意度。结论:风险管理在母婴同室护理中的应用不仅能减少护理风险,也能提高护理质量,增加病人满意度。Objective：To explore the role and effect of risk management in improving the safety of rooming-in care.Methods：The risk-management knowledge as a guide,by identifying the presence or potential risks in rooming-in care to develop risk management,prevention strategies to avoid and resolve rooming-in risk for ensuring the care safety.Results：The implementation of risk management and prevention strategies improved the quality of rooming-in care,reduced the occurrence of nursing defects and improved patient satisfaction.Conclusion：Risk management in the rooming-in care not only reduce the risk of care,but also can improve the quality of care and increase patient satisfaction。
