摘　　要：目的:总结40例膀胱痉挛发生的相关原因及护理对策。方法:选取我科2006年8月～2008年5月经尿道前列腺电切患者术后并发不同程度膀胱痉挛40例,回顾性分析其原因并对护理对策进行总结。结果:膀胱功能的恢复与手术后护理治疗,术前准备有直接关系。结论:认真分析膀胱痉挛的相关因素,实施有效的针对性护理及治疗措施,才能有效促使膀胱功能的恢复,减轻患者痛苦。Objective：To summarize the causes and nursing measures of cystospasm.Methods：Selecting 40 cases with varying degrees of postoperative cystospasm after transurethral prostatectomy were selected from August 2006 to May 2008.To retrospectively analyse their causes and nursing.Results：Bladder function recovery was directly related to post-operative care and treatment preoperative preparation.Conclusion：The careful analysis of cystospasm related factors,the implementation of effective care and treatment of specific measures are effective to promote recovery of bladder function to alleviate the suffering of patients.
