摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病足患者的护理措施,以提高生存质量,降低致残率。方法:对42例糖尿病足患者的心理、生理特点进行分析,针对性地实施心理护理、基础护理、足部溃疡护理及健康教育等。结果:42例糖尿病足患者,其中16例痊愈,24例溃疡面积缩小,2例自动出院。结论:及时有效的护理措施,可促进糖尿病足患者康复,提高患者的生存质量,降低致残率。Objective：To discuss nursing care of patients with diabetic foot for improving the quality of life and reducing disability.Methods：To analyze the psychological and physiological characteristics in 42 cases of diabetic foot.To targetedly implement the psychological care,basic care,foot ulcer care and health education.Results：In 42 cases of diabetic foot,16 cases recovered,24 cases of ulcer area reduced,2 cases of automatic discharge.Conclusion：Timely and effective care measures can promote the rehabilitation of the patients with diabetic foot,improve the quality of life and reduce disability。
