摘  要:亮叶桦是我国特有的优良速生树种,其种子贮藏特性备受关注。本研究设置了低温和常温两种处理,通过不同贮藏时间的实验室萌发和土壤萌发试验,探讨不同贮藏与萌发方式下亮叶桦种子的萌发差异。结果表明,低温贮藏条件下,亮叶桦种子活力在1年内未发生显著变化;常温条件下,种子成熟后贮藏160 d,亮叶桦种子发芽能力发生显著改变,但贮藏1年之后仍有50.0%的萌发率。贮藏后萌发条件的不同导致亮叶桦萌发率不同。在昆明自然光照和温度条件下,贮藏时间增加会降低亮叶桦种子在土壤中的萌发率,萌发温度的差异也会影响种子的萌发速度及整齐度,但常温贮藏370 d后的种子在昆明自然状况下的萌发率仍有34.8%,表现出一定的耐贮性。Betula luminifera is a unique excellent fast-growing tree species in China.However,its seed longevity is controversy.Germination capability of seed stored under low-temperature and natural-room environment were studied in both laboratory and natural soil condition to observe the seed longevity of Betula luminifera in Kunming.The result showed that seed vigor kept invariant after one year storage under low-temperature.Seed germination changed significantly after 160 days' storage under natural-room envir onment,but germination rate still kept at 50.0% storaged for one year.Different germination conditions also made the difference in germination.Under the natural germination condition of Kunming,germination rate decreased with the storage time increasing,and the germination speed also affected by the soil temperature.However,the seed germination rate still kept 34.8% storaged for 370 days,which showed that Betula luminifera seed had certain tolerance for storage.
