三联术治疗完全性直肠脱垂18例临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨直肠周围注射术、瘢痕支持固定术、黏膜下多点注射术（简称三联术）治疗完全性直肠脱垂的临床疗效，对18例完全性直肠脱垂患者采用三联术治疗。结果显示，18例患者均一次性治愈。术后随访1年，成功随访13例，无一例复发。结果表明，三联术治疗完全性直肠脱垂疗效确切，创伤小，安全可靠。The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of the ＂three-in-one＂ proce- dure （peri-rectal injection, cicatrization fixation and mult-point submucous injection） in the treatment of complete rectal prolapse. Eighteen patients underwent the ＂three-in-one＂ procedure. As results, primary cure was achieved in all the 18 cases,13 cases were followed up for 1 year,and no recurrence was found. It is concluded that the＂three-in-one＂ procedure is feasible owing to its better therapeutic result,minor surgi- cal trauma and safety.
