摘  要:以四溴双酚A与环氧氯丙烷通过逐步聚合得到四溴双酚A溴碳环氧树脂(TBA);以TBA树脂为成膜物质,与活性稀释剂、颜填料、助剂等复配得到地坪涂料A组分,以脂环胺固化剂为B组分,以Mannich碱DMP-30固化促进剂为C组分,n(A)∶n(B)∶n(C)=2∶1∶0.01复配得到常温固化的三组分无溶剂防火防腐地坪涂料。以TG、FT-IR、SEM对产物的热性能、化学结构和涂层表面结构进行了表征,研究了影响地坪涂料性能的主要因素。Tetrabromobisphenol A epoxy resin (TBA) was prepared from tetrabromobisphenol A and epi- chlorohydrin by step wise polymerization, which was used together with reactive diluents, pigments, fillers and additives to formulate component A of the anticorrosion and flame retardant solvent - free flooring coat- ings. Compoment B was curing agent alicyclic amine and component C was curing accelerant Mannich alkali DMP - 30, which constituted the three components ambient - curing flouring coatings. The ratio of A, B, C was 2:1 : 0. 01. The thermal performance, chemical structure and morphological structure were characterized by TG, FT - IR and SEM. The major factors influencing flooring coatings performance were analyzed.
