摘　　要：分析当前滚针轴承自动装配机存在的问题,对选料与排料机构的关键技术进行阐述,并对自动装配机的排料机构进行了改进,改进后的排料机构有效解决了滚针落不稳、发生歪斜的问题,提高了生产效率。Some questions on automatic assembler of needle roller bearing are analyzed,the key technologies for material selection and feeding structure are elaborated,and the feeding structure of automatic assembler is improved,the improved feeding structure effectively solve the drop instability and deflection of needle roller,improving the production efficiency.
