摘  要:制备了一系列的泡沫混凝土,对泡沫混凝土的压缩力学性能进行了测试,研究了泡沫混凝土压缩应力-应变曲线的特征,分析了影响泡沫混凝土压缩性能的相关因素,并运用Gibson-Ashby模型对抗压强度进行了模拟,通过拟合得出了抗压强度与相对密度的方程,确定了表征孔棱材料分数和孔壁断裂强度的微观结构参数。研究表明,泡沫混凝土压缩过程分为4个阶段,即平台阶段、密实阶段、屈服阶段和衰退阶段,其压缩力学性能受到基体材料、容重和气孔形态及分布等因素的影响;Gibbson-Ashby模型拟合的结果具有较高的合理性,对分析泡沫混凝土微观结构力学性能有较大的帮助。A series of foamed concrete were prepared in this paper.Compression mechanical property of foamed concrete was tested.Then,we have done research on stress-strain curve characteristics of foamed concrete,and analyzed relative factors effect on compression property of foamed concrete.Compression strength values were simulated by Gibbson-Ashby model.The equation of compression strength and relative density was deduced out by fitting compression strength.Microstructure parameters characterizing the proportion of pore rib and pore wall fracture strength was determined.The results show that there are four steps in foamed concrete compression process,namely plateau step,compacting step,yield step and decline step.The compression mechanical property is affected by matrix material,volume weight,morphology and distribution of pore,etc.Fitting results of Gibbson-Ashby model had high rationality.It could be helpful in analyzing mechanical property of foamed concrete microstructure.
