摘  要:采用环氧氯丙烷、二乙烯三胺和氯化铵为原料,合成牛仔布靛蓝染料染色促进剂KD-8(双)(1-氯-2-羟基-丙基)-二亚乙基三胺氯化盐。该促进剂在碱性条件下可使纤维素纤维表面阳离子化,增大与靛蓝染料隐色体的亲和力和上染率。结果表明,棉纱经3—4g/L染色促进剂预处理,再采用靛蓝染料干缸染色,染3道即可获得与传统工艺染6道的染色深度。为防止染花,可将染浴中染料、烧碱和保险粉等化学品用量减半使用,可获得与传统工艺相同的色泽,且染样的色牢度可提高0.5—1级。With epichlorohydrin, diethylenetriamine and ammonium chloride as materials, KD-8 (bi) (1-chloro-2-hydroxyl-propyl) diethylenetriamine chloride was synthesized as a promoter for denim dyeing. The dyeing promoter could rapidly combine with cotton fiber in alkaline solution and make the fiber cationization so that the affinity with indigo leuco and dye uptake would increase. The experiments showed that the same dye depth as that of 6-passage dyeing in traditional process could be obtained under the process of modification with 3 -4 g/L promoter and 3-passage stock vatting dyeing. To prevent uneven dyeing, the dosages of dyes, caustic soda and vat powder may be halved comparing with traditional process, and the color fastness could increase by 0.5 -1grade.
