摘  要:采用高温固相法制备了Sr3Y2(GeO4)3∶Dy3+荧光粉,利用X射线粉末衍射、荧光光谱等分析手段对荧光粉样品进行了表征,分析了其发光特性.讨论了Dy3+离子掺杂浓度以及添加不同助熔剂对Sr3Y2(GeO4)3∶Dy3+荧光粉发光强度的影响,并计算了发光材料的色坐标.研究结果表明,样品在388nm近紫外光激发下发射出强烈的蓝光(481nm)和黄光(573nm);Dy3+浓度影响其发光强度,随着Dy3+浓度的增大,荧光强度增强明显,色坐标越接近纯白光色坐标(0.33,0.33);当Dy3+浓度达到12%时,样品的荧光强度最强,色坐标为(0.32,0.33).The Sr3Y2(GeO4)3∶Dy3+ phosphor was synthesized by high temperature solid-state method.X-ray diffraction(XRD),photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra were used to characterize the Sr3Y2(GeO4)3∶Dy3+ phosphor,and CIE chromaticity coordinate of Sr3Y2(GeO4)3∶Dy3+ was calculated.The effect of the doped-Dy3+ concentration on the emission intensity of Sr3Y2(GeO4)3∶Dy3+ phosphor was investigated.The results show that the emission intensity increases with increasing Dy3+ concentration until a maximum intensity is reached at x=12 mol%,and the chromaticity coordinate(0.32,0.33).The fluorescence spectra of Sr3Y2(GeO4)3∶Dy3+ with different fluxes were also discussed.
