摘 要:为了满足能馈式牵引供电系统的大容量、高功率密度,以及高可靠性需求,提出了基于功率模块并联的单变流器扩容方案。对比了IGBT直接并联与功率模块并联的异同,分析了开关管开关时刻差异导致并联环流的机理及影响环流大小的因素,提出了利用差模电感抑制环流的方法,并进行了仿真和实验验证。结果表明,功率模块并联存在环流问题,而差模电感则是抑制环流最简单有效的方法。To meet the demands of subway traction power supply system for large capacity, high power density and high reliability, a novel converter capacity expansion scheme based on parallel of power modules is presented. The parallel technologies of IGBTs and that of power modules are compared. The mechanism of how does the different action time of the paralleled power modules cause the circulating current and the factors which influence the amplitude of circulating current, are both analyzed. A new approach is proposed to suppress the circulating current, which adopts the differential mode inductance. The simulation and experimental results show the existence of circulating current, and the effectiveness of the differential mode inductance to suppress the circulating current.
