摘 要:用大功率高亮度发光二极管取代白炽灯、荧光灯等传统照明光源已是大势所趋,本文提出了一种直接利用市电但不需整流桥的大功率LED驱动电路。分析了其工作过程、输入输出电量与电路结构参数的关系及输入交流电流的谐波分布,指出该电路使用本文介绍的控制方法可以高效率运行,完全适应LED的特性需要,并且具有很高的功率因数和很小的电流谐波失真度,电路的实验结果证实了结论。It is no doubt that the high-power hi-lite LED replaces incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp. This paper indicates a high-power LED drive circuit which can directly make use of electric supply without a rectifier bridge. It gives an analysis of its working process, the relationship between input and output electric quantity and circuit structure parameter, and the harmonic distribution of importing exchange current. An efficient run is realized through using the circuit introduced in this paper, which completely applys to the character requirement of LED.In addition, the power factor of the drive circuit is very high while the degree of its electric current harmonic distortion is least.
