摘 要:制备了一种用磷灰石为主要乳浊剂的乳浊效果好、白度较高的低温乳浊釉。采用XRD、SEM等测试技术分析了样品的性能及微观结构,探讨了釉的乳浊机理及坯釉结合机理。结果表明:最佳的釉配方为B5,烧成温度为1 125℃,白度为56.6%,维氏硬度为645.9 MPa,其主晶相为磷石英、钙长石和磷酸钙。只要配方组成设计和制备工艺控制得当,利用廉价原料替代价格较高的锆英石可制备出质量优良的乳浊釉。A good opaque,low temperature and higher whiteness opaque glaze was prepared with phosphate as the major opacifying agent.The performance and microstructure of specimens were tested by XRD and SEM,the opacifying mechanism of glaze and glaze-body fit were also discussed.The results showed that: the best glaze formula is B5,firing at 1 125 ℃,whiteness is 56.6%,hardness is 645.9 MPa,the main crystalline phase is tridymite,anorthite and calcium phosphate.It also shows that it is feasible to prepare a good opaque glaze to use low-cost raw material instead of expensive zircon,as long as formulation design and process control properly.
