摘 要:通过沉箱微宇宙结构(CMS)对河道富营养化水体修复的影响,探寻一种新的修复方法与工作思路。用微宇宙结构控制试验技术与正交试验分析方法,开展沉箱结构(箱体材料、基质、植物配置)对原生动物丰度指数、水质功能性研究,其结果为:陶粒箱+页岩+(金钱蒲+雨久花)的结构组合能使原生动物丰度指数增长率实现14.34%,TP、TN与CODCr可分别达到39.55%、25.33%和16.03%的去除率。其中以箱体材料的陶粒箱对原生动物丰度指数的贡献率最大;而植物配置的金钱蒲+雨久花水平对水质各指标的贡献率均为最优。经工程平均估计与整体检验测评,CMS各因素对原生动物丰度指数及水质各项指标的显著性均可达到95%以上。同时也反映出,CMS控制也是一种对富营养化水体的有效修复方法,将原生动物丰度指数的增长率作为水质变化的指示性指标可行,二者存在明显的一致性。To explore a new repair method and ideas of work,we study the effects on eutrophicated river by Caisson Microcosm Structure(CMS).We study the effects of caisson structure(caisson material,matrix,plants and design) on protozoan abundance index and water quality through testing technique of microcosms structure and orthogonal test.As a result: the combination of haydite caisson+shale+ acorus gramineus + monochoria korsakowii can apply the rate of growth of protozoan abundance index to 14.34%,each removal rate of TN,TP,CODCr is 39.55%、25.33% and 16.03%.The best contribution rate on protozoan abundance index is haydite caisson.The best contribution rate on each index of water quality is Acorus gramineus+Monochoria korsakowii.Through estimated average of project and overall testing and estimating,all kinds of factors in CMS are significant influences on protozoan abundance index and water quality which is above 95%.At the same time,CMS is also an effective method which can repair eutrophicated river.It is feasible that we can apply the rate of growth of protozoan abundance index to indicative index of water quality changes and the relation of two indexes is strong agreement.
