网络参与对公共政策公信力提升的影响分析

摘　　要：公共政策公信力是公共政策得以有效执行的重要条件。而信息化社会中的网络参与,由于其自身优势,在某种程度上对公共政策公信力的提升起到促进作用,但因其同时具有一定的缺陷,消解了这种作用的发挥。鉴于我国网络参与的发展并不完善的情况,本文认为,应有效规制其发展,从而为公共政策公信力的提升提供有力的基础。The credibility of public policy is an important factor to implement public policy effectively. Network participation in the in- formation society, because of its advantages, to some extent, plays a promotion role in improving the credibility of public poli- cy. But it also has some shortcomings, which eliminate this function. In view of the network involved in the development of our country is not perfect, it should be regulated effectively its development, so as to provide a strong foundation for enhancing the credibilitv of nuhlic nolicv.
