摘　　要：湖北省速生丰产林基地建设成就显著,全省速生丰产林面积约165.1万hm2,促进了木材加工产业的发展和农民就业增收,巩固了集体林业成果。通过对湖北省开展速丰林基地建设情况的实地调研,进一步阐明了开展速丰林基地建设的重要意义。在总结湖北省速丰林基地建设取得成效、主要做法和存在问题的基础上,提出了有关政策建议。Hubei fast-growing and high-yielding timber base construction achieved a significant success and there is less than about 1.651 million hm2 areas of fast-growing and high-yielding timber,which promote the development of wood processing industry,increase farmers＇ income,and consolidate the results of collective forestry.Through field research on Hubei fast-growing and high-yielding timber base construction,the paper further clarify the significance of carrying out fast-growing and high-yielding timber base construction.Based on summarized the achievements,main practices and problems in Hubei fast-growing and high-yielding timber base construction,the paper put forward related policy recommendations.
