电针夹脊穴配合围刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针夹脊穴结合围刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法将60例急性带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组用电针夹脊结合围刺治疗,对照组口服卡马西平、维生素B1、维生素B12。观察两组临床疗效及VAS评分、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分的变化。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,其疼痛VAS评分、焦虑HAMA评分的改善亦优于对照组。结论电针夹脊穴配合围刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,能有效减轻患者的疼痛症状。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the electroacupuncture in paravertebral points combined with surrounding acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia. Methods：60 cases with postherpetic neuralgia were divided randomly into the treatment group with electroacupunctrue in paravertebral points combined with surrounding acupuncture and the control group with carbamazepine,VB1 and VB12 orally. The clinical effect and the VAS score and the HAMA score were observed in two groups. Results：The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Meanwhile,the VAS score and the HAMA score of the treatment were superior to those of the control group. Conclusion：The pain symptom of patient with postherpetic neuralgia could be reduced effectively by the electroacupuncture in paravertebral points combined with surrounding acupuncture.
