高效液相色谱法测定岩白菜中岩白菜素含量

摘　　要：目的建立岩白菜中有效成分岩白菜素的HPLC测定方法,测定其含量。方法采用反相HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇∶水(32∶68),流量1.0mL/min,柱温30℃。结果岩白菜素在0.0381～0.1904μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.9%,RSD=2.0%。结论该方法操作简单、准确、重现性好,可用于岩白菜药材的含量测定。Objective：To establish the method of the high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） for determining the bergenin in the rhizome bergeniae. Methods：It was used the RH-HPLC determination with the 5μm Kromasil C18 column（4. 6 mm × 150 mm） and the mobile phase of the formaldehyde-water（32∶ 68） . The flow volume of the mobile phase was 1. 0mL /min and the temperature of it was 30℃ . Results：It was good linear range of bergenin in the range from 0. 3810μg to 0. 1904μg. The average recovery was 98. 9% and the RSD was 2. 0% . Conclusion：This method is simple,accurate and reproducible. It could be used for the of rhizoma bergeniae determination.
